Just like the body tells on itself to a massage therapist, Souls tell on themselves by the lives they live.
Have you ever wondered if you are an Old Soul or a New Soul, an Old Spirit or a New Spirit?
Do you know if you are an Old Soul/Spirit, or has someone else told you that you are an Old Soul/Spirit?
I am purposefully avoiding the human intelligence dissection humanity has carved out by making distinctions between the human Soul and the human Spirit, which is based upon limited human understanding. For considerations in this post, I am referring to the mind, body, and soul of each individual as one Spark of Life of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy (from here on called Energy with a capital E), otherwise known as The Creation, and Almighty God.
If you happen to be an agnostic or atheist, the principles of Energy still work.
Personality traits shine a light on where you are at in your Soul Journey. You may get an inkling that you wish you had a better instruction manual to follow through life. How are you supposed to know?
Others of us could have written the roadmap to follow, having learned from past lessons from other lifetimes, even if past lives are not remembered. These people just know that they know.
Jesus never taught against reincarnation. There are several examples, including the Transfiguration, and when Jesus asked his apostles who they thought he was. They also thought John and Baptist was Elijah. Jesus never corrected them.
It is the consciousness of our Soul that lives on after physical death. Consciousness is not physical. It is metaphysical, Soul Energy that is constantly vibrating. It is part of the Energy that animates you today.
But there is a major difference between the ego, which thinks it knows everything all the time, and the actual truth that a person is an authentic Old Soul. YOU ARE ENERGY experiencing Itself.
Old Souls carry within themselves the rich comprehension treasury of peace, kindness, generosity, joy, humility, consideration, gentleness, magnanimity, truthfulness, honesty, valor, courage, and electromagnetism, among other noble qualities.
New Souls mirror only that which they have learned thus far. It does not matter if this Soul has had a million lifetimes to perfect itself. If this Soul has not chosen to progress beyond the infant Soul stage (self-centeredness, ego-based decisions, lack of consideration for others) throughout all other lifetimes (remember, we each have free will), then at its next incarnation, it will begin and begin again reaping what it has sown until this Soul finally decides to educate itself. This Soul will remain an ignorant New Soul until it gets bored with the merry-go-round of self-delusion, self-glorification, and self-misery, all the same lowest vibrational frequency of life.
Cults and those attracted to fear-based thinking match the low vibrational frequency found within New Souls. They keep beating the drum of the fear of loss, fear there won’t be enough, fear of standing in their own power that sabotages them, and fear of retaliation if they do. Fear is their strongest motivating force.
A baby at any ages will throw a temper tantrum, scream and cry, just to get its own way. It doesn’t know what else to do. Low impulse control and lack of education is the motivating force behind New Souls.
Do you see repeating situations in your life, such as in relationships, employment, self-esteem, and/or floundering belief systems? This is a tip to you that you can improve your life by maturely addressing the stumbling block before you, instead of attempting to take the easy road out of its repetitive loop.
Religions and politics, among other categories, can also get stuck in repetitive loops that are self-serving, since they are all made up of human beings. Not all involved seek to do what is best for everyone.
There is an Energy that supersedes the Celestial and Nature Kingdoms and everything they contain. (The Celestial Kingdom is part of the Nature Kingdom for the understanding and purpose of this post). This Energy intricately pervades all cells within all DNA structures, even seemingly inanimate ones. It even exists in the deepest, darkest fathoms under the ocean where fish have been found to exhibit their own luminescence, far beyond the reach of the sun’s rays.
The Creation is Living Spirit manifest in everything, including you and me. This Living Spirit is the Eternal Soul Energy as Living Pulse, Breath, Heartbeat, and Animation experiencing through the voids, ethereal, and physical density. There is not one iota held within all universes that is missing this same Energy.
Initially, Energy simply was, not knowing anything beyond Itself. You might even call this Energy ignorant of what it did not know. It was whole in Its completeness. But It only knew what It knew, Itself.
To this way of thinking, Energy was a New Soul, prior to Its secondary status, educating Itself through self-discovery in revealed experience in everything post the Big Bang era, to use the scientific jargon to understand the apparently unexplainable. Energy experience past the ethereal pre-antediluvian times of Lemuria and Atlantis are currently being discovered on the ocean floor.
Please follow along with the idea that many of us call the same things of which I speak in other terms. Recognize that this is merely semantics, different words explaining the same thing. Rather than get hung up on words you might judge to be inaccurate, allow yourself to better understand.
You and I are the only way Energy gets to experience Itself amid myriad other ways of inanimate expression.
Notice any world leader at any point in human history and you can tell by what is important to them, whether they are an Old Soul or a New Soul.
Are they moved by genuine Love of everyone, or only a select relatively few of their lower energetic vibrational frequency?
Are they humanitarians, or are they greedy, selfish, and self-absorbed?
Do they promote peace or war?
Do they get their kicks out of spawning violence?
They are telling on themselves.
World leaders and everyone else tell on themselves by the things they value. Those with relatively New Souls have not yet learned to go beyond themselves. They are stuck in a spiritual playpen. It is a life lesson they will have to keep repeating until the lessons of Eternal Universal Light Force Energy, which Sparks as Light within the Soul, cauterizes their hearts, minds, voices, and thereby their Souls. This is known as the purification of the soul.
The purpose of the Soul is to evolve into perfection, the same perfection Jesus spoke of in Matthew 5:48 to be perfect as our Heavenly Father (Eternal Universal Life Force Energy) is perfect. This is our mission, our dharma in this and every other lifetime in which we incarnate. In the end, the human goal is to merge our Spark of Energy with the Eternal Universal Light Force Energy.
Human beings are animated by this same Energy, which is moved, transferred to us by Light, and is the way Energy travels, infusing our Souls with the Living Light Spark of powerful Eternal Universal Chi, Prana, Qi, however you can comprehend Eternal Universal Life Force Energy to be.
This Energy has a weight. AT THE EXACT MOMENT OF DEATH, A PERSON RELEASES 3/4 OF AN OUNCE OF BODY WEIGHT, according to Dr. Duncan MacDougall from Haverhill, Massachusetts in 1901.
Dr. Duncan wished to scientifically determine if a Soul had weight and identified six patients in nursing homes whose deaths were imminent. Four were suffering from tuberculosis, one from diabetes, and one from unspecified causes. MacDougall specifically chose people who were suffering from conditions that caused physical exhaustion, as he needed the patients to remain still when they died to measure them accurately. When the patients looked like they were close to death, their entire bed was placed on an industrial sized scale that was sensitive within two tenths of an ounce (5.6 grams). There was no logical reason for this. Dr. MacDougall concluded that it was the weight of the soul leaving the body.
From my studies, the findings of Dr. Duncan’s works were challenged due to the small sample of patients. But this does not negate the truth of his work.
Energy cannot simply vanish, it can only be transmuted, changed into another reality. Science has taught us that energy cannot be created nor destroyed but only transformed. This can be found in the Laws of Thermodynamics.
Please excuse the double negatives with this statement which best states that your life is not nothing. You matter. You have always mattered.

Know yourself. Recognize the Spirit of Life and Light of your Soul as a Spark of Energy manifested within you every day. You are worthy. Know this truth. You are worth more than you know unless you do acknowledge, with humility, this grand I AM Presence WITHIN your Soul, as Jesus told all of us in Luke 17:20-21:
Yours are the only hands with which Energy has to experience in this life. This ancient Greek aphorism expresses more truth than once thought.
