Meditation, prayer, and contemplation feed the spirit and soul, uplift the mind, and can heal the body. Miracles happen every day. While they may happen through science, technology, and medicine, they also happen through meditation, prayer, and contemplation. I have personally witnessed this.
The soul and spirit address different parts of our spiritual anatomy. Often people refer to their spirit and soul aspects of themselves as the same thing. They are not.
Our Souls encompass our mind, will, and emotions. It also includes the conscious and subconscious aspects of our minds. Our will is also intricately part of our living Soul.
ENERGY THAT IS AWARE OF ITSELF IS SPIRIT, AS IN THE HOLY SPIRIT.
Think of this astounding principle of Energy. First of all, as the Laws of Thermodynamics teach us, Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, only changed.
Now take this human understanding of Energy and apply it to the Eternal Universal Life Force, which is Holy Spirit, having no beginning nor ending. Here we have Holy Spirit changing Its Energy to be of a much less frequency so as to experience in and through Its Universal Life in Its myriad aspects.
Energy can be amplified or diminished. We are witnessing this upon the Earth at this moment in history. When Energy gets stifled and corrupted, it cannot hold the same frequency, causing destruction and death, as opposed to when miracles happen, like when people receive healings, or conditions match the much higher frequency. Examples of higher frequency Energy output can be seen in better and healthier farming practices, laser medical technologies, and even current space travel possibilities. Energy can be used for good or not good. The choice is ours.
Look again to the generation of human life. It is the Universal Life Energy that is animating every single human being that ever lived upon the planet. We each have a share of this Energy encapsulated within our Spirit. We may not have consciously created the Spirit within the children within our wombs. Yet, it is the Eternal Universal Life Energy, which cannot be created nor destroyed, that births Universal Life within the Spirit of our children.
It is our Spirit that is the living animating force to all human concepts of our mind, body, and soul. It is our Spirit, the finger of God, the spiritual life-force, chi, prana, Qi, et cetera, which animates our Mind/Soul and Body. It is more accurate to combine Mind/Soul than it is to combine Soul/Sprit.
The bottom line to meditation, prayer, and contemplation remains the same. Meditate, pray, and contemplate this unique Universal Life Force that brings your Mind and Body to Life, without which you would be dead. Yes, deader than a doornail as Scrooge says in the book and movie, Christmas Carol.
It is our God-given Spirit, just a flicker of the Holy Spirit of the Divine Presence which enlivens your Soul and Body. This is what returns to the Author of All Life after this life of ours. When we have learned all the life lessons there are for us to learn, we join in what we term “heavenly bliss.” This is one way to explain what others call “going to heaven.”
We are all part of a much bigger understanding of Creation, including angels, archangels, beings of Love and Light, planets, galaxies, and infinite universes upon universes.
There is much more to Love, Light, and Miracles than the most knowledgeable among us can profess. Keep studying, meditating, praying, and contemplating until you come to the realization that ALL IS ONE.
