I love Italian food at really good Italian restaurants. The best Italian restaurant I happened upon on its Opening Night a couple years ago was Milano’s Italian Kitchen on 278 Main Street (RT 28), West Harwich, MA 02671-1226, in my opinion. I cannot come to the Cape without going back to this amazing restaurant.
With a wonderful first year under their belt, the family recently expanded to their second location in Hyannis, “Milano’s on Main” on 410 Main Street.
