Recovering the mental health of a country can only take place when truth, honesty and integrity manifest as helpful tools for seemingly complicated situations.

I am a holistic health counselor/practitioner now retired. This blog is my outreach to a hurting world in need of the best humanity has to offer. It is read in all 203 countries, territories and protectorates in the world.

It is possible to heal, to recover the personal power of each citizen, restore the fame and good reputation of the land, and the fortune of healing every country by mitigating climate change, improving air and water quality, and caring for all people everywhere regardless of land of origin, race, color, creed, gender, age, any other label of human limitation, and healing the hurting history of all involved.

When the fertile seeds of innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership combine with common sense, healing humanity and the world at large naturally occurs. If this is not occurring in your area in this one world we all live on, this is an opportunity to begin to refocus on building up rather than tearing down. Whatever we focus on grows.

It is not possible to kill enough people to even the death score, make an egotistical point of supposed righteousness, or annihilate every person on the planet, and still have a planet to live on.

It takes the cooling down of the insanity of dueling prideful egos. We see this when children act out as if fighting back is the only answer.

There is another way.

The other way to problem solving involves something every religion throughout all of history has stated in one form or another. Jesus also taught this. It is known as the Golden Rule.

Most religions all over the world have this rule in their belief systems. If we treated other people in the way we want to be treated, we would treat people with more dignity, empathy and compassion.

Healing begins when two or more people, or two or more countries decide that they want to advance humanity and build better tomorrows for all involved.

Another example of the countries of the world rising their sights above the worst that humanity has to offer to each other is the Boston Marathon. Citizens from over 100 countries participate in this yearly event.

Can you imagine the benefit to every person on the planet if greed in all its mind-altering addictions could be tamed?
