I AM Now A Member Of The British Complementary Medicine Association

While the American Medical Association (AMA) does not recognize any form of energy work as a valid therapy, including New Paradigm Multidimensional Transformation (NPMDT), the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA) does. Oddly, the AMA does recognize the BCMA. Odder still, Reiki and other energy work is often requested and taught in hospitals across the United States of America, often by nurses as well as by certified and trained lay people.

I am now a member of the British Complementary Medicine Association, as an international New Paradigm Multidimensional Transformation teacher, in addition to my being an international holistic health counselor/practitioner. I like the word “Complementary” in the title of this association since it more accurately describes holistic health and wellness remedies dealing with eastern medicine. The word “alternative” suggests an either/or choice, not a complementary choice, which often works together with western medicine approaches. Complementary Medicine is also known as Integrative Medicine.

Along with being a member of the BCMA, I am also a member of the New Paradigm MDT Americas Association, which recognizes New Paradigm Multidimensional Transformation as an energetic way to facilitate the removal of blockages, transforming them, which often results in healing.

No person ever heals another person. All healing comes from within the person needing healing. Western medicine doctors provide surgeries, medications, and some counseling on these services. Energy workers of all stripes also facilitate therapy sessions, often resulting in healing. Still, it is the person his or herself who actually does the healing. The best approaches for balanced health and wellness includes, to my way of thinking: first, Energy Medicine, followed by Mind/Body Medicine, Lifestyle and Behavior Wellness, Nutritional Medicine, Herbal Medicine, Manipulative Therapies, and lastly Pharmaceutical Drugs under doctor supervision, and Surgery, in that order, unless it is a medical emergency for life-saving measures.

How many times have you called the doctor, only to wonder if you should keep the appointment because you are beginning to feel better? There is a reason for this. It is not just mind over matter, or perhaps that is exactly it.

I can offer a personal example of listening to your body, mind, and spirit. On April 13, 2009, I fell down a flight of stairs. You knw that little voice in your head you sometimes argue with “because you know better?” Well, the night before a skunk and a possum were in the back yard, near the back door of the house we always used. he skunk was also there the next night. I heard my husband drive into the driveway and knew he would run into the skunk if he came in the back door. I needed to get to the front door before he made a disastrous mistake of running into the skunk.

The light in our stairway was out, but the large window allowed light to come in from the nearby street light. I was running down the stairs in stocking feet, when I interiorly heard that little voice tell me in a direct command, “Don’t run down the stairs in stocking feet with the hall light out.”

Did I listen? “NO!” I argued back to those unwelcomed thoughts, adding, “I know my own stairs. I can run.”

Unfortunately, my I AM Presence knew better that I did. I missed the last six stairs, with a three-step turn into the lower hallway, crashing the left side of my ribs on wooden cabinets, injuring my lymphatic system. My body swelled up so much that my western medicine doctor asked me if I was eating too much!

That’s when I turned to a well-known naturopath in the area. Finally, that was the only relief I got. Western medicine did not have any pharmaceutical drug, surgery, or other remedy for injuring the lymph system. However, I did follow up with specializing in lymphatic massage at my clinic, getting many doctor referrals.

You can heal yourself from many illnesses, mental, physical, and spiritual, all by focusing on the natural healing methods, such as staying warm, getting enough sleep, drinking water, and resting your body when it demands it, otherwise you crash. A full body crash is a fate no one would want.

Incorporating holistic health and energy work is the mindset of not focusing on toxic thinking of the worst that could happen, and begin to train your mind’s first go-to-thought of being in balance peacefully, and listening to your body. Take preemptive measures, boost Vitamin C, receive New Paradigm Multidimensional Transformation sessions, and other health and wellness steps.

If you are mentally exhausted, there is a two-step concept that at first seems like a paradox. First, listen to what your mind is telling you. You know yourself. If you need a break, take a break. However, daily routines in life can be exhausting in themselves. If it is the mundane rut you feel slowing you down, mix it up. Take a walk. Go to the beach. Find a place with a hot tub. Call a friend, but not to complain!

Ask yourself if you are spiritually filled. I mean, really spiritually filled, or do you go along with the congregation for sake of friendships or other benefits? Your heart knows if you buy everything religion is selling hook, line, and sinker. Sometimes there can be spiritual highs soaring to the ethers. Then at other times the questions surface, or a contradiction is voiced, or you read something new that opens other doors. Always follow your gut instinct. Your soul searches until it finds rest. Humankind has always dictated what “God says.” But you know what rings true for you, if you are completely honest with yourself. After all, you are a Spark of Divine Love and Light in your Soul here experiencing on Earth. Your Souls knows.

Your I AM Presence, which is the life of your soul, takes everything you think, say and do as directions, which it follows to a tee.

In holistic health and wellness, which includes energy work, the mind is the most powerful healing tool we have. Likewise, how many times have we, let’s say, fake called in sick to work, only to get sick? Your body, mind, and spirit is listening to you, following upo with your own directives.

The point I am making by joining the BCMA, is that New Paradigm Multidimensional Transformation is such an expanded consciousness tool to be able to use in holistic healing that the British Complementary Medicine Association validates it by including NPMDT as a valid therapy.

New Paradigm Multidimensional Transformation, as taught by the International School of Esoteric Sciences, using Eastern Medicine approaches, is just as healing and balancing, and perhaps more so that Western Medicine approaches, because it is without any of the negative side effects.

This is not just a flighty or imaginary system of holistic healing, or hospitals would not be using it. NPMDT can be learned by everyone, often with amazing results. My NPMDT workshop schedule is listed on the right side of this blog, as well as on the International School of Esoteric Sciences website: www.new-paradigm-mdt.org/teachers/lin-hourihan/.
